It is crucial to take action within this timeframe if you wish to avoid renewal.

No Refunds After Renewal

Once your subscription is renewed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. The decision to continue using our services is entirely yours. We operate without long-term contracts, so you have the flexibility to choose the duration of your engagement. If you decide to cancel your service and fail to notify us within the specified period, or if the cancellation is not managed directly by you or through a Digital Facts agent, refunds will not be provided once renewal has occurred.
